4-Week Seed Package

The 4-week Seed Package allows you to get started working on one health behavior change. You’ll have an initial call focused on assessment, goal-setting and action planning and 2 follow-up calls to check in.

Investment: $475

3-Month Sprout Package

Over the course of 3 months, you’ll build awareness of current habits and we’ll collaborate to identify strategies supportive of reaching your health goals. You’ll receive the basics from the Seed Package and follow-up calls every other week to check in to discuss your progress and update action plans as needed.

Investment: $1200

6-Month Bloom Package

This 6-month wellness and nutrition coaching package is ideal for not only establishing new routines and habits, but also receiving maintenance support.

Investment: $2400

All Packages Include:

  • A detailed assessment
  • 60-minute initial session and 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • Individualized goal setting, action planning and meal planning
  • Access to Better app for resources, messaging, reminders, scheduling, and shared visibility of tracking
  • Food and Mood journal (optional)
  • Messaging between sessions
  • Handouts, recipes and resources to support your goals

Lay the Groundwork

    The groundwork program is a self-guided course designed to walk you through areas specific to mindful eating and stress management. The course includes 21 daily tasks and prompts which help you observe your current routines and identify where there might be opportunities to make small, maintainable changes. This program is designed to be done individually but you’ll also be able to connect with Catherine via messaging whenever you’d like additional support related to the program.

    How long will it take me to reach my goals?

    In one-on-one coaching, we’ll start with an initial assessment to discuss your personal goals and challenges and then we’ll discuss a realistic timeline for reaching your goals.  Some goals, like planning and preparing meals at home more often to improve diet quality, might need to be broken down into smaller goals and tasks which gradually lead to changing routines and habits.  The process of trying new things, creating a new routine, and eventually having a new habit takes months.  For more information about whether a 3-month program or 6-month program is right for you, book a free discovery call to talk about it with Catherine.

    I have a medical diagnosis/health condition/food allergy sensitivity/intolerance. Can you help me change my diet?

    The best way to find out will be by having a discovery call to discuss your needs and goals.  As a dietitian, some of my work is contingent on licensure laws which vary from one state to another.  I’d love to talk more with you about how I can support you in creating eating patterns that meet your needs and can be part of lifelong habits!

    I want to lose ___ lb by ___ date. Can you help me?

    There are many ways to change the number on a scale.  Unfortunately, many popular strategies for weight loss are unsustainable and can even be detrimental to mental and physical health.  Rather than focusing on the number on the scale, I’ll encourage you to look closely at your current habits to see if there are ways you might be able to change your habits and contribute to your overall health.

    Do you sell supplements?

    There are an incredible number of dietary supplements available today. I try to avoid recommending supplements, mostly for safety reasons but also because often it’s helpful to make adjustments to the diet and/or other habits in order to be set up with safe and sustainable approaches while striving for health goals.
